As fully licensed sewage system installer/supervisor (BCIN#35581), we are familiar with all aspects of residential septic system design and installation required by Section 8 of the Ontario Building Code.

We work with all types of septic systems from filter beds and leeching beds to peat-based septic systems such as Ecoflo to geosynthetic aggregate systems like EZFlow (Infiltrator).

As an independent business we are not tied to any one type of septic system or any particular septic or sewage system manufacturer or brand. Each property has its own unique circumstances, and every client has their own set of priorities. We'll examine your scenario carefully to determine which options are available to you. The pros and cons of each one will be explained to you so that you can make an informed decision. Accessing lots located on an island or that is accessible only by water is our specialty. There is no need to deal with a third-party for any barging services that might be needed for your septic system installation or septic tank clean out.
